All communications between you and Allegiant Legal Group are protected by attorney-client privilege to the fullest extent permitted by law. We treat every conversation as strictly confidential. No communication, case detail, or personal information shared with our legal teams will ever be disclosed to any third party without your explicit written consent, except as required by applicable law.

We collect only the information necessary to provide legal services:

  • Contact information (name, email, phone — optional)
  • Jurisdiction information (country, state/province)
  • User type (individual or business)
  • Legal matter descriptions and consultation messages
  • Payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
  • Usage data (browser type, pages visited — anonymized)

Your information is used exclusively to:

  • Route you to the most appropriate specialist legal team
  • Provide personalized, jurisdiction-specific legal guidance
  • Process payments for consultation services
  • Send consultation summaries to your email (if provided)
  • Improve the platform's AI routing and legal research capabilities
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We employ bank-level encryption (AES-256) for all stored data and TLS 1.3 for all data in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud providers. Access to client data is restricted to authorized personnel only, under strict need-to-know protocols.

Your legal queries are processed by AI systems to route you to the appropriate specialist team and to assist attorneys in providing accurate, jurisdiction-specific guidance. Conversation data is retained for 90 days to allow follow-up consultations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@allegiantlegal.com.

We do not use your consultation data to train external AI models. Consultation content is never used for marketing or sold to third parties.

As a global platform, your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your own. We ensure all transfers comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR (EU), PIPEDA (Canada), the Privacy Act (Australia), and equivalent frameworks in other jurisdictions. Standard Contractual Clauses are in place for EU data transfers.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal data we hold
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing of your data
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time
