Terms of Service
Last updated: March 27, 2026
Important Notice: The services provided by Allegiant Legal Group constitute legal information and AI-assisted legal guidance. While our attorneys are licensed professionals, use of this platform does not automatically establish a formal attorney-client relationship in all jurisdictions. Please review these terms carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Allegiant Legal Group platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of Services
Allegiant Legal Group provides AI-powered legal information, guidance, and consultation services. Our specialist attorneys provide jurisdiction-specific legal analysis and advice.
- Consultations are conducted by licensed attorneys specializing in the relevant practice area.
- AI systems assist in routing, research, and response — but all substantive legal guidance is reviewed and provided by licensed attorneys.
- Some jurisdictions may require additional formalities to establish a formal attorney-client relationship. Our attorneys will advise you if this is the case in your jurisdiction.
- The Service does not replace in-person legal representation where required by law (e.g., court appearances).
3. Fees and Payments
- Initial Consultation: $19.99 USD grants access to a full consultation session with unlimited questions for 60 minutes, plus a 24-hour follow-up window.
- Subscription Plans: Monthly ($149/month) and Annual ($999/year) plans provide ongoing access as described on the Pricing page.
- Complexity Pricing: For complex, one-off matters, an AI-generated price estimate will be presented for your approval before work begins. You are never charged without your explicit consent.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.
4. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client communications. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to share, record, or publish the contents of your legal consultations without prior written consent from Allegiant Legal Group.
5. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your legal matter. Inaccurate information may result in advice that does not apply to your actual situation. We are not liable for guidance provided on the basis of inaccurate information supplied by you.
6. Limitations of Service
- We do not provide court representation, physical document filing, or notarial services through this platform.
- Legal advice provided reflects the law as it stands at the time of consultation. Laws change; you should confirm current law before acting on advice.
- In emergencies (e.g., imminent arrest, immediate court deadlines), please contact local emergency legal services in addition to using this platform.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Plan, facilitate, or cover up any illegal activity
- Harass or harm any other person
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our systems
- Resell or redistribute our legal advice without authorization
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including legal analysis, summaries, and written materials prepared for you, is the property of Allegiant Legal Group and/or the retained attorney. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use materials prepared for your matter only.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in New York City, except where prohibited by local law.
